Hi folks.
1. The no. of people attending is getting lesser and lesser and eventually resting at a pathetic 10 or so. It's not going to benefit the competition boat if someone who don't attend trainings get to row in it. Recall the last time where we lost to yuan ching by 0.02sec? You won't want it to happen again do you?
2. Kayaking trainings are started so that you can learn how to row more efficiently with less energy. It's pointless to miss trainings that help you to have more efficient stokes and then, after a competition where you have lost, complain and reflect about things that should be done.
This will be my last post and for those who don't know, I have left cchy and therefore won't be rowing for the b division. I can only hope of the best for the team.
Regards and all the best, Stephen.
