SIWF race 2009
CONGRATULATIONS!!!We manage to clinch the silver medal in the mens mixed 20-crew category. This time, the team nearly got the gold medal. But never mind. Remember your longer strokes so that you do not make the same mistake again on Friday. The deeper paddle is also required so that we get the maximum pull and glide. Power is essential to win. The C division, will race with SJI and ACSI in the start race and we must give in all we have to get into the semis.
