Address to norman's idea

Yes. Many teams rely on 1 quater master at the sheds and 1 at the pontoon, not platoon. However, I also learn from NJC's methods of quater master jobs. It is not as easy as members see it because the managment of the sheds is also a skill. Knowing what the place is like is just as important to know how to eat, sleep, do work and whatevers. Thus, Captains and quater masters need to work as a team and ensure the speedy input of the boats. Another reason for having more QM is so that if the other is not around, the assistant can take over. I hope that answers your matter.
