Let us all recap about Temasek regatta. From what i see. Yuan ching isn't any stronger than us. We are equally strong. But the thing their team has but we don't has it. Is the team bonding. Our team are not bonded together. Team bond is very important. Without with, there will be people scolding each other , fights occur & a lot more issue. Yes i know. Some of you may not like this person. Because of some reason like action he do or the way he talk to you.But ask yourself, what have you done. Like doing the right thing at the right time. Like talking. Even during warm up, i have to raise my voice at people. Only then will they be afraid & be serious. What if you guys know when to talk when not to. I think these kind of stuff won't even occur. Maybe in furture will get people to lead warm up cool down & everything. Only then will you guy have a feel of what is it like to be a leader.
Next i want to touch on the race set. After time & time of reminder there are still people making mistake. Mistake like looking around other boat. Looking at what postition are we. People please once you turn you head. You lost concentration. & anything can go wrong. Like for example i Hit somebody paddle just because he turn his head & look at other boat. I'm not trying to scold anybody just want you all to know your mistake. Never to do it again alright.
Lastly, As you all know there will be a long term break for MYE. but i strongly encourage people who are much weaker in Running chin up weight ect to do your own land training. Cosmo & i will organise session on tue morning before school start. So please if you are asked to come, please do come down for training. & not forgeting water fitness is important as well. So everybody have to attend their kayaking training alright.
Let not be a burden to each other. Let train together row together because this is my team!
